Brazil's A2, Solarmine to Develop 38.5 MW Solar Parks

Brazilian companies A2 Empreendimentos and Solarmine are set to install 38.5 MW of solar parks in the state of Minas Gerais. The initiative, named Projeto Triangulo, will see a total investment of BRL 140 million in 11 solar parks with individual capacities of 3.5 MW each, spread across various municipalities in the state.
Once operational, the solar parks are expected to generate enough clean electricity to meet the demand of around 38,000 local homes. The projects in the municipalities of Prata, Ituiutaba, Capinopolis, and Paracatu are scheduled to be completed by December 2024, with plants in Uberaba and Conceicao das Alagoas to follow by July 2025 and July 2026, respectively.
