Austria's CLEEN Energy acquires renewable resource project rights in Croatia
- Austrian clean energy effectiveness solutions service provider CLEEN Energy got in the Croatian market with the procurement of project rights for 23 MWp of renewable energy capacity, it stated.
The firm holds a choice to buy project rights for a further 50 MWp of capacity in Croatia at a later date, CLEEN Energy said in a declaration last week.
The mixed 73 MWp renewable energy capacity contains a number of solar projects, as well as 4 biogas plants, CLEEN Energy claimed.
CLEEN Energy will be the complete proprietor and also operator of the capacity as well as will certainly receive the entire revenue from the generation of 124 GWh of power yearly, the firm noted.
The purchase was executed with the assistance of Vienna-based consultancy PMa Beratungs, being experts in structuring alternate project funding genuine estate, renewable resource, transport and also logistics projects.
Consisting of the projects in Croatia, CLEEN Energy now has project rights of 120 MWp of renewable resource capacity in Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy and also Dubai.
