Appian forms JV to establish 62.4 MWp of solar projects in Brazil

- Exclusive equity fund Appian Capital Advisory LLP and also Brazilian renewable energy company Detronic Energia will certainly create a joint venture (JV) to construct 62.4 MWp of solar plants in Brazil's Minas Gerais state.
Appian claimed on Thursday that the solar (PV) portfolio is comprised of 20 ready-to-build projects.
Advancement of the sites is set to begin in the second quarter of this year.
In addition to these intended solar projects, Appian and Detronic are presently examining possibilities to develop added solar farms in the former's mining operations throughout Brazil.
