French company Vinci SA has agreed to acquire Swedish solar and storage developer Helios Nordic Energy AB for EUR 73 million. The company's stock is currently owned 40% by Norwegian renewable energy investment fund Magnora ASA, with the rest held by the management team and minority investors. The acquisition will enhance SunMind's expertise in renewable energy projects, including a 100-MW photovoltaic scheme at Sweden's Skavsta airport.
