Vena Energy, a Singapore-based renewables company, announced the successful launch of a 51-MW solar park in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. The Nanao Solar photovoltaic plant takes up 102 hectares of land, with 118,848 solar panels capable of providing electricity to10,443 homes. The project was developed by a joint venture between Vena Energy and Kyudenko Corporation, who specialize in renewables survey, design and construction. This venture is part of the 43 GW of onshore, offshore, and battery assets Vena Energy has amassed across the Asia-Pacific region. This marks Vena Energy's first renewable energy project in Ishikawa.
