TotalEnergies ENEOS to acquire rooftop solar arrays in Vietnam
- The joint venture (JV) of French energy group TotalEnergies SE (EPA: TTE) as well as Japan's ENEOS Holdings Inc (TYO:5020) will acquire a 3.4-MWp rooftop solar portfolio in Vietnam from Sao Mai Solar Company, with plans to develop much more.

TotalEnergies ENEOS Renewables Distributed Generation Asia Pte Ltd said today that the photovoltaic (PV) arrays being acquired were mounted atop 2 manufacturing facilities, one for Asia Fish Oil (AFO) and one for IDI International Development as well as Investment JSC, in southern Dong Thap Province.
These solar installments are capable of generating around 4.4 GWh of electrical power annually in complete, adequate to offset greater than 3,500 tonnes of co2 (CO2) emissions yearly.
