Sunwin Energy sells 375-MWp of solar projects in Italy
- Switzerland-based Sunwin Energy GmbH has actually accepted sell a 375-MWp portfolio of ground-mounted solar projects in Italy to an unnamed European stock market-listed energy business.
The portfolio contains 15 mid-stage advancements each with a capacity in the series of 10 MW to 75 MW, and ready-to-build dates in the period from 2023 to 2026.
The systems were created by Sunwin Energy over the last years, Capcora, which functioned as consultant on the deal, claimed on Wednesday. The solar parks will be situated in garbage dumps, industrial sites and also on farming land in various areas across Italy.

The deal is structured as a conditional sale and acquisition agreement.
