Sunfarming strategies EUR 15m bond to fund solar projects in Germany
- German solar power equipment distributor Sunfarming GmbH is intending to raise up to EUR 15 million (USD 16.94 m) in a bond issue to finance the development of solar projects across Germany.
The bond has a 5% coupon and is due in five years, Sunfarming stated on Monday.
Interested investors can sign up for the notes via crowd financial investment platform Econeers from January 11 to March 12 or via Deutsche Boerse AG from February 21 to March 10. The bond will certainly start trading on the Frankfurt stock market on March 14.

The earnings from the bond issue will be used for the advancement of solar projects in Germany in the next 2 or 3 years. Projects totalling 690 MW are currently in the process of preparing authorization and Sunfarming expects the fresh capital to be sufficient to finance the growth costs until they await building.
