Sonnedix has actually signed a 10-year Spanish solar energy purchase agreement (PPA) with data centre operator Equinix for 150MW of capacity.
The PPA is Sonnedix's largest transaction signed to date in Europe and it covers a portfolio of 3 solar plants in Cuenca, approximately Castilla-La Mancha.
The solar plants are expected to be functional by the end of 2024.
