Sonnedix inks PPA with Endesa for 77 MW of Spanish solar
- Worldwide independent solar energy producer (IPP) Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd has actually signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) to provide the output from 77 MW of solar farms in Spain.
The off-taker is Spanish utility Endesa SA (BME: ELE), Sonnedix stated in a news release on Wednesday. Under the agreement, Endesa will certainly obtain power from 5 Sonnedix solar farms for 12 years.
The IPP acquired the portfolio in July 2021. The plants are presently incomplete, with operations seen within the initial quarter of 2023.
The portfolio is expected to be capable of generating an overall of 156 GWh of electrical power per year.
