Sonnedix acquires 112 MWp of fully grown solar projects in Spain

- Independent solar energy producer (IPP) Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd has gotten a 112-MWp portfolio of solar PV projects under advancement in Spain, it said on Wednesday.
The projects were purchased from 3 Spanish renewables-sector companies-- Circle Energy, Faleuma as well as Rios Renovables-- for an unrevealed quantity.
Rios Renovables will certainly be in charge of the building and construction of the whole portfolio.
The portfolio features seven projects, all located in Valladolid province in north-western Spain and developed to a well-advanced stage of advancement. Sonnedix stated it anticipates construction works to start in the 4th quarter of 2021.
Sonnedix runs 365 MW throughout more than 150 projects in Spain. In addition to this, it has close to 770 MW of projects unfinished as well as numerous stages of advancement in the nation, the solar IPP included.
