Utility business Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has obtained 2 bids for the 6th phase which is prepared to go on the internet in stages starting in the final quarter of 2024. The various other deal was submitted by Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power Co (TADAWUL:2082).

Both propositions were lodged after DEWA prequalified 7 international bidders who were welcomed to bid at the end of 2022.
