Cubico acquires 270MW US portfolio from RES
- Renewables financier Cubico Sustainable Investments has finished the acquisition of 2 solar projects from designer RES, completing 270MW of generation capability.
The projects-- Delta's Edge and also Crossett-- are both underpinned by lasting power acquisition arrangements with regional cooperative utilities, as well as will certainly be created by RES. They are slated to start commercial operations in 2022, with economic close anticipated in Q1 2021.
The projects represent Cubico's initial acquisition within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) area.
