Albioma verifies KKR purchase talks

- French power manufacturer operates biomass, solar as well as geothermal assets
Albioma has validated it remains in "preliminary discussions" with KKR after a media report suggested the last is seeking to obtain the French renewables company.
Albioma, which made its statement following a write-up by Bloomberg, included that there is "no certainty" the conversations will be successful.
The detailed designer and also driver is active in France, abroad France, Mauritius and Brazil.
Its portfolio includes 889MW of biomass throughout 16 plants and also 109MW of solar plants.
Albioma's newest business line in geothermal following its procurement last year of the Gumuskoy plant in Turkey.
