The projects are in the SERC and MISO energy markets and the company is hoping to close the divestment by the end of the year. Marathon Capital LLC is acting as exclusive financial advisor in the sale process, and it has reached out to independent power producers, strategics, and financial players in the clean energy segment. Redeux is currently operating in 15 states and has a 3.5-GW pipeline of projects with interconnection applications. It seeks to expand its pipeline to 5 GW by 2023.
