1.7GW Solar Portfolio Up For Sale in US

- Redeux Energy Partners LLC is offering 1.7 GW DC of solar and 160 MW/640 MWh of battery energy storage projects in 7 US states for sale. Marathon Capital LLC is advising and reaching out to IPPs, strategics and financiers in clean energy. Redeux is currently operating in 15 states with 3.5-GW pipeline of projects and aims to expand to 5 GW by 2023.
Redeux Energy Partners LLC has put up for sale a portfolio of over 1.7 GW DC of solar and 160 MW/640 MWh of battery energy storage projects located in seven US states. The projects are in the SERC and MISO energy markets and the company is hoping to close the divestment by the end of the year. Marathon Capital LLC is acting as exclusive financial advisor in the sale process, and it has reached out to independent power producers, strategics, and financial players in the clean energy segment. Redeux is currently operating in 15 states and has a 3.5-GW pipeline of projects with interconnection applications. It seeks to expand its pipeline to 5 GW by 2023.
