Avangrid recently achieved commercial operation of the 150-MW Lund Hill solar farm in Klickitat County, Washington. This is now the largest solar PV plant in the state, supplying Puget Sound Energy’s Green Direct program. The facility is located on approximately 1,800 acres of land leased from private landowners and the Washington Department of Natural Resources. Through the Green Direct program, customers have the ability to purchase 100% of their energy from dedicated, local, renewable energy resources.
