ReneSola, Emeren launch 7-MW solar project in Italy
- Solar project designer ReneSola Ltd (NYSE: SOL) on Friday revealed the launch of a 7-MW ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) scheme in Italy in cooperation with UK industry player Emeren.
The project was collectively developed by the two parties as part of a partnership bargain authorized this July. The duo concurred at the time to co-develop solar projects in Italy and established a goal of having 110 MW of shovel-ready schemes by 2022.
ReneSola and London-based Emeren will work together on ground-mounted solar plants of numerous dimensions across Italy. The very first scheme they will focus on is located in the southerly part of the country, while the name of the details area was not supplied.
