The business wants to obtain the thumbs-up to construct solar parks in the instant area of the new Power-to-X plant. Its purpose is to begin service the project already in 2022 in order to have the facility up and running in 2025.

" [...] we remain in the procedure of checking out the market for possible carbon sources, which looks truly encouraging. Yet we will certainly also function to enter into more symbioses with the close-by area by, among other points, providing surplus warm to Aalborg's area heating network. We estimate that we will certainly have the ability to provide approximately 10% of the heat that usually originates from the warmth and power plant Nordjylland Power Station, indicating we can contribute in the plant's phase-out of coal," commented Emil Vikjaer-Andresen, Head of Power-to-X at European Energy.
