What is Diversity of generation?
Some energy companies specialize in power generation from various sources. Their goal is making sure power is available in sufficient amounts and there will be no shortage of it in future. For example, New Zealand’s Genesis Energy Limited generates electrical power from both conventional (coal and natural gas) and alternative (hydroelectric and wind) sources.
