Singulus Technologies AG and Yingkou Jinchen Machinery Co Ltd have formed a joint venture, Singulus Solar GmbH, to offer PV module production lines and cell equipment for the global market. The partnership will focus on providing solutions for TOPCon and HJT cell technologies. Jinchen has over 500 GW installed in module equipment, while Singulus specializes in machines for thin-film coating and surface treatment processes.
The joint venture aims to incorporate innovative technologies into factories effectively with a global team. Singulus expects sales in the range of EUR 120 million to EUR 130 million and EBIT in the low double-digit million range for 2024. The companies are already working on projects and are prepared for more collaborations in the future.
