Japan's Renova activates 21-MW solar park in your home

- Japanese eco-friendly power manufacturer Renova Inc (TYO:9519) revealed today it has actually commenced procedure of a 20.8-MW solar power plant in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture.

The solar park is capable of creating around 22 million kWh, enough to satisfy the demand of some 6,000 households. The output will be sold at JPY 36 (USD 0.26/ EUR 0.24) per kWh.
The facility was built by Hitoyoshi Solar GK, a firm funded by Renova with all of its necessary financial investments originating from the Japanese renewables firm.
