Vena Energy Forges Indonesian Storage Deal

Vena Energy, a global clean energy company, has signed a framework agreement with Rept Battero, an Indonesian battery storage company, to explore opportunities for producing components locally for energy storage projects in Indonesia. This agreement is intended to support Vena Energy’s 8GWh hybrid megaproject currently in development in the Riau Islands. The partnership aims to provide Indonesia with sustainable, efficient, and stable clean energy supply, as well as to reduce carbon emissions, create jobs, foster industrial expansion, and open export opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Vena Energy has been supporting Indonesia in its green energy transformation journey since 2015, and is grateful to the government for its continued support.
