Fortum, a Finnish energy company, plans to build a 90-MW solar power plant in Sweden. The project, called Alvret, will cover 95 hectares of land and is estimated to take up to three years to complete. Construction will begin once the permit process is finished. An additional 80-MW solar project is planned for Virolahti, Finland.
