Starting from summer of the previous year, the SSE GEM-listed company has supplied 105 megawatts (alternating current) of energy to Marubeni’s latest solar park by means of its innovative highly-efficient bifacial n-type silicon panels. The solar farm is scheduled for grid connection by the turn of the month.

Once become operational, it will be the first PV installation in Oman and the biggest n-bifacial photovoltaic system worldwide. It will break the previous global record established by the 100-megawatt (direct current) station in China.

The reliable and durable bifacial solar devices by Jolywood feature high efficiency and generating capacity. This makes them perfect for a PV plant in such a sunny but unpredictable climate as the one of Middle East.

Earlier, Jolywood delivered around 11.75 megawatts of energy to the European largest bifacial n-type photovoltaic array – Netherlands-based Zonnepark Rilland. The solar manufacturer is inclined to stick to its goal of bringing clean power to the globe within the framework of Chinese BRI. In seven years, the company aims to exceed 55% share of n-bifacial solar market.
