Solek Group, through its Chilean subsidiary Solek Latam, has authorized a framework contract to create, build and also offer solar projects in Chile to BlackRock's Global Renewable Power Fund III (GRP III).

The deal allows Solek Group to establish approximately 28 specific photovoltaic or pv nuclear power plant projects with an aggregate capacity of approximately 200MW.
