Anumar agrees off-take for 300-MW solar project in Germany

Electrical energy will certainly be provided to the city of Anklam in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania at an eye-catching toll, the solar plant driver claimed on Tuesday without revealing even more details about the collaboration.

The Anklam solar project is currently in an ongoing authorization procedure after obtaining the green light from the neighborhood city council in April.

Ingolstadt, Bavaria-based Anumar, which is active in the building as well as operation of solar parks in Germany, wants increasing the cooperation with Energie Vorpommern. The energy, owned by a number of towns in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, provides electrical power and also gas in the region of Western Pomerania.

After opening an office in Anklam previously this year, Anumar is currently looking for to buy land in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania as well as wants renting locations, stated project supervisor Johannes Wachlin.
