Spanish clothing closes financing for 50MW PV

Cobra Concesiones has completed funding for a 50MW solar plant in Albacete in Spain.
Madrid-based Cobra Concesiones is a construction company that specialises in establishing, taking care of, operating and keeping facilities as well as power projects across Spain.
Watson Farley & Williams suggested Cobra Concesiones on the funding of the plant, had by unique function car Bonete Fotovoltaica 1.
The purchase closed on 7 June 2021.
The parties included were Kommunalkredit Austria AG serving as lending institution, Nomura Financial Products Europe as derivatives carrier, Sanne Agensynd, as agent as well as Banco de Sabadell as account financial institution.
