Innovo Group and also Solarfields subsidiary SF Grid Parity have actually developed a joint venture to establish 300 solar farms in Italy and 2 power storage projects.
The JV, Innovo SF, is 51% had by Innovo and also 49% by SF.
Solarfields Sette will certainly serve as designer for the pipeline projects.
