Hanwha Q Cells acquires 1 GW of PV projects in Spain

Korea-based solar module supplier Hanwha Q Cells has actually gotten a 1 GW PV project pipe in Spain.
The firm acquired the projects from Spanish developer RIC Energy for an undisclosed sum. "We settled the purchase on December 31," a business speaker told pv magazine.
The portfolio contains 20 ready-to-build utility-scale projects situated across the Spanish districts of Sevilla, Córdoba, Jaén, Teruel, Zaragoza, Cádiz, Valladolid, Palencia and Badajoz.
