Green Genius to develop 100MW Latvian solar park

Renewables designer Green Genius is to develop a 100MW solar project in Latvia.
The firm stated it is just one of the very first projects of this scale in the Baltic nation.
The project is expected to be totally authorised as well as prepared for construction by June of this year and also will certainly have a total planned investment of EUR90m.
"Latvia has great potential with eye-catching terms and sensible regulation for solar PV development.

The 100MW project lies in Jekabpils, in the central-eastern part of the country.
As one of the most significant solar energy plants in Latvia, it will be built on a 151 hectare area.
