ACWA Power has authorized three power acquisition agreements and also investment agreements with Uzbekistan's National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan (NEGU) as well as Ministry of Investment, Industry and also Trade.

The agreements consist of the growth of 3 solar photovoltaic or pv projects in Tashkent and Samarkand as well as 3 battery power storage systems (BESS) in Tashkent, Bukhara as well as Samarkand.
