Vibrant Energy obtains funds for 300 MW of solar-wind hybrids in India

- Indian renewables platform Vibrant Energy has safeguarded more than INR 22 billion (USD 268.4 m/EUR 246.3 m) in project funding from regional state-run organization Power Money Corporation Ltd (PFC) to build hybrid wind-and-solar projects in India with a combined capacity of 300 MW.

The projects will certainly be situated in Madhya Pradesh as well as Karnataka, in main as well as southwest India. According to CEO Srinivasan Viswanathan, this endeavor represents "among India's greatest corporate renewable energy projects."
The business likewise pointed out that this is just one of the biggest project financing deals to be signed in India's renewable resource market so far this year.
Establish in 2015, Vibrant is a programmer, owner and driver of renewable energy assets in India, having an active development pipeline of over 2 GW. It is a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Management's Green Investment Group.
