TransAlta Renewables to get 122-MW US solar portfolio from CIP

TransAlta Renewables will pay a total amount of USD 96.65 million (EUR 81.5 m) for 20 solar photovoltaic or pv (PV) parks that were appointed in between November 2019 and May 2021.
