Total has actually authorized a contract with Belgian minerals manufacturer Lhoist to co-develop solar photovoltaic or pv nuclear power plant totalling 83MW.

Total Quadran and also Lhoist will co-develop the tasks at 11 of Lhoist's sites in France.
