OX2 solar, storage space projects win in Polish auction

OX2 has won auctions in Poland for a 100MW solar farm and also a 50MW energy storage project.
The solar farm will certainly be one of the largest in the Central and also Eastern Europe, OX2 claimed, with construction intended to start following year.
The energy storage project will certainly be located in southerly Poland.
OX2 chief executive Paul Stormoen claimed: "This is excellent information and we anticipate realising an additional solar farm and our very first energy storage space project in Poland.
" It is a really dynamic market and also we will remain to invest as well as broaden our portfolio of projects there."
The outcome of the auction enhances OX2's placement on the Polish market with a total project portfolio in Poland of 2.5 GW.
