Masdar provides cheapest cost for 1.8-GW area of Dubai solar project
- UAE-based renewables significant Masdar has made the lowest bid for the 1.8-GW sixth phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum solar project in Dubai, offering USD 0.01621 (EUR 0.015) per kWh.
Utility business Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has obtained 2 bids for the 6th phase which is prepared to go on the internet in stages starting in the final quarter of 2024. The various other deal was submitted by Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power Co (TADAWUL:2082).
