Longroad marketing 83-MW Virginia solar project to Dominion
- US-based renewables developer-operator Longroad Energy said on Tuesday that it is marketing the 83-MW/108-MWp Foxhound Solar project in the US state of Virginia to local energies team Dominion Energy Inc (NYSE:D).
Financial details were not disclosed.
The Virginia-headquartered Dominion Energy will certainly take over a solar farm described as with the ability of powering greater than 17,000 residences. Foxhound, which is currently unfinished in Halifax County, includes long-lasting power acquisition arrangements (PPAs) in position, according to Longroad.
The plant will be equipped with US-made Series 6+ solar modules made and provided by First Solar. Nextracker will provide the trackers as well as TMEIC will send out solar inverters.
