JinkoSolar anticipating TOPCon modules to be over 25% of deliveries in 2022
- JinkoSolar is anticipating that greater than 25% of its module deliveries next year will be attributable to its n-type TOPCon module variety.

Recently the 'Solar Module Super League' (SMSL) participant exposed that it was to start a major n-type growth, targeting around 16GW of n-type cell production capability by the end of Q1 2022.
And talking with PV Tech, JinkoSolar vice head of state Dany Qian further disclosed that the SMSL maker expects to deliver around 10GW of n-type TOPCon modules in 2022, equal to greater than 25% of its overall delivery assistance for next year.
Jinko officially introduced its n-type TOPCon module collection, referred to as Tiger Neo, last month. The module has a maximum power result of 620W and also a mass production conversion effectiveness of 22.3%.
The company claimed it was intending to capitalise on greater than two years' experience in n-type modern technologies by releasing the item ahead of shipping its very first modules later next year.
