The acquisition was executed via the Milan-based company's Tages Helios II fund, it claimed recently. The value of the purchase was kept under wraps.

Located in the province of Cagliari, the solar farm is outfitted with single-axis trackers and also is among the largest ones running in Italy to date, according to Tages Capital. The new plant adds to a portfolio of 12 solar parks with an integrated capacity of 103 MW that the Italian company and its funds very own in Sardinia.
