French tender for innovative solar projects awards 173 MW
- The French Ministry of Ecological Transition has marked the winning standing to 172.9 MW of projects in a tender for innovative solar photovoltaic (PV) installments.
A total amount of 66 candidates achieved success in the very first competitive round of its kind under the nation's PPE2 subsidy programme, the federal government introduced on Wednesday.
The tender was open for ground-mounted, roof and also agrivoltaic propositions with specific capacities of in between 100 kWp as well as 3 MWp. The ordinary cost of the winning bids came at EUR 84.46 (USD 88.94) per MWh.
