The Finnish-owned Taaleri SolarWind 2 fund has obtained 100% possession of the 50MW Niebla solar farm in Spain.

The ready-to-build project is located in the district of San Juan del Puerto in Andalusia, around 70km west of Seville.

Annual production of electrical energy will certainly be around 107 gigawatt-hours.

Construction will certainly begin in December and also the plant is expected to be completely operational in the 3rd quarter of 2022.

Niebla was developed by Valfortec, a Spanish developer, in co-operation with Taaleri Energia.

The project has a lasting financial power acquisition agreement with Centrica Energy Trading to take care of the majority of the electrical energy produced.

Project funding will be offered by Banco Sabadell with the loan certifying as 'eco-friendly' under the Loan Market Association's Green Loan Principles.
