Equinor has approved the last financial investment choice on its Blandford Road battery storage space project in the south of the UK.

This marks the very first commercial battery storage asset for Equinor, and the very first project realised from a tactical collaboration in between Equinor and also Noriker Power.

The Blandford Road project is a 25MW/50MWh battery storage space asset located in Dorset in southerly England.
