Photon Energy is seeking an EBRD loan of up to €15 million to finance a portfolio of up to 20-30MW of solar power plants in Romania and Poland. The loan will cover up to half the cost of the power plants and will allow the company to participate in upcoming capacity market and energy system services auctions. Photon Energy currently owns a portfolio of 123MW in small-mid PV power plants and is listed on the stock exchanges in Warsaw, Prague, and Frankfurt.
