CleanCapital did not disclose how much it paid for the acquisition but claimed it will fund the growth of projects in BQE's substantial lasting pipeline.

Established in 2002, BQE creates community solar, commercial & industrial (C&I) solar as well as utility-scale solar projects on garbage dumps and also retired industrial sites. It has more than 300 MW in late-stage solar projects and over 700 MW in mid-stage solar developments.
