These mega-bases store energy in batteries or mountain reservoirs and have been instrumental in China's rapid expansion of clean energy. President Xi Jinping's initiative aims to add 455 gigawatts of renewables through massive developments in the country's interior by 2030.

The company has experience working on similar projects in regions like Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, and Guangxi, and is now targeting Belt and Road countries and other foreign markets.
