CEE Group Buys 103.5MW Dutch Solar Farm

CEE Group has acquired a 103.5-MWp solar project in the Netherlands from Dutch project developer Ecorus Group. The Fledderbosch solar park is currently under construction on a brownfield site near the city centre of Groningen and is scheduled to be commissioned in February 2024. The project increases CEE Group’s solar plant portfolio in the Netherlands to over 350 MWp. Fledderbosch will benefit from a fixed tariff for at least 15 years under the Dutch SDE++ renewables support scheme. Ecorus is responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of the facility. This marks the first partnership between the two companies. The price of the project remains undisclosed.
